An HVAC school course in Boiler operation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of residential systems through lecture and hands-on projects. Topics include residential boiler maintenance, service, sizing, size radiation, size circulator pumps, piping layout, zoning, using boilers as tankless heaters, indirect water heating, and space heating applications. Student will also learn radiant heating, controls, troubleshooting techniques, code, and safety.
